This year, the YMCA’s highly favored Thanksgiving tradition will take the streets of downtown Lincoln.
Several downtown Lincoln streets will close from 7 to 10 a.m. Thursday, November 23, for the 15th annual YCMA of Lincoln Turkey Trot.
The closures are as follows:
- Seventh Street from “P” to “R” streets – full closure
- Eighth Street from “P” to “R” streets – full closure
- Ninth Street from “R” to “Q” streets – southbound lane closure
- 10th Street from “P” to “Q” streets – northbound lane closure
- 16th Street from “R” to Vine streets – southbound full closure
- Canopy Street from “P” to “R” streets – full closure
- “Q” Street between Pinnacle Arena Drive and Ninth Street – full closure
- “Q” Street from Ninth to 13th streets – westbound lane closure
- “R” Street from 12th to 16th streets – full closure
- Salt Creek Roadway from Ninth to 14th streets – eastbound full closure
- Vine Street between 16th Street and Antelope Valley Roadway – westbound full closure
