MARSHALL – With a story following Santa’s return to the North Pole after his holiday vacation, the “Tinsel and Turkey” musical revue at Cornwell’s Turkeyville in Marshall ushers in the holiday season with style.

The dinner theatre experience at Cornwell’s features a full turkey meal followed by the two-act musical performance. From Tuesday through Saturday each week, guests can attend the cheerful and family-friendly event for dinner and a show at the historic restaurant.

An ensemble cast featuring Noah Johnson as Kris Kringle, Michaela McGarel as Mrs. Claus, Benjamin Cornelius as Frosty the Snowman, Kennedy Vernengo as Suzy Snowflake, Jessica Boehmer as the Sugar Plum Fairy and Ricky DeVore and Sabrina Wahlgren as understudies, perform both familiar holiday standards and new tunes.

Tickets for Tinsel and Turkey can be purchased on Cornwell’s website for shows running through Dec. 17.

Cornwell’s Turkeyville started in 1968.

“Today we are a prime Midwest destination, an all-turkey restaurant with innovative menu items along with traditional favorites. Our Ice Cream Parlour is an old-fashioned soda fountain with house-made ice cream, so it’s always the freshest it can be,” the business’ website boasts.

The dinner theatre opened in the fall of 1987 to make Turkeyville a destination for more than just a meal.
